Then later I got scratched by rogue pigeons trying to land on my arm. My response? Laugh. Smile. Find the humor in every situation. How silly. I obviously took myself and my practice was too serious. Never get so focused on any goal that you loose sight of what really matters. It's not the perfect asana that matters, but how you treat yourself and others. Love yourself, your body, your whole world...more info: kinoyoga
